- Payment Methods - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. No Personal checks, please. We now accept PayPal but please do not pay with PayPal if you are buying SALE items that do not qualify for free shipping until I send you a PayPal invoice with the correct shipping cost added. Actual shipping is charged on all SALE items.
- Shipping - Free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more shipped within the USA. Free shipping applies only to Full Priced Merchandise. It does not apply to Clearance or Special Priced items. Clearance and Special Priced items will be charged the actual shipping cost. Most orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail but larger orders may ship by Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery. Our shipping rates are as follows:
1.00 - 24.99 = 7.95
25.00 - 49.99 = 9.95
50.00 - 99.99 = 11.95
100.00 + FREE
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR YOUR SHIPPING COST.
- When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship either the same day payment is received or the next day. Preorders will be shipped as soon as they become available.
When preordering Charlie Bears please be patient. They often take months to arrive. You will not be charged for them until they are here and ready to ship.
- Do you accept Layaways?
Yes, Layaways are accepted. They require a 20% deposit of the order's total amount. This deposit will not be refunded if your order is changed or canceled. The remaining balance must be paid in no more than 4 payments. Payments may be made by credit card or money orders. I accept Visa, Mastercard, DiscoverCard, American Express, and PayPal.
- What is your Return Policy?
I accept returns with the following conditions: You must contact me by email within 48 hours of delivery to ask permission to return an item. Include your order number and reason for return (damaged, defective or wrongly shipped). All items must be in their original packaging and condition with original tags attached. Any item that was in a sealed plastic bag must be returned in the sealed plastic bag. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer must pay the shipping cost to send the item back to me. You will receive a refund minus my cost to ship the item to you (if you received free shipping or paid less than the actual cost to ship). The refund would also be minus any credit card fees (if paid by credit card). If the item was ordered special for you it cannot be returned. Sales on all Clearance Sale items are final and not refundable.
